1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die REO Train Power Magnetics GmbH ist eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Wuppertal unter HRB 27195. Der Sitz der Firma ist Solingen.
Die Gesellschafterversammlung vom 01.12.2015/29.01.2016 hat die Änderung des Gesellschaftsvertrages in § 1 (Name und Sitz) und § 2 (Gegenstand des Unternehmens) und mit ihr die Sitzverlegung von Kyritz (bisher Amtsgericht Neuruppin HRB 3209 NP) nach Solingen und die Änderung des Unternehmensgegenstandes beschlossen. Geschäftsanschrift: Brühler Straße 100, 42657 Solingen. Zweigniederlassung errichtet unter gleicher Firma mit Zusatz: Zweigniederlassung Hennigsdorf, 16761 Hennigsdorf, Geschäftsanschrift: Eduard-Maurer-Straße 13, 16761 Hennigsdorf; Zweigniederlassung Kyritz, 16866 Kyritz, Geschäftsanschrift: Holzhausener Straße 52, 16866 Kyritz. Gegenstand: Die Herstellung induktiver Komponenten insbesondere für die Bahntechnik.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Gesellschaft ist zum 31. Dezember 2023 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Sie hat von den Erleichterungsvorschriften des § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3, § 276 sowie § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. Ein Lagebericht wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB nicht erstellt.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgte unter Anwendung des Going-concern-Grundsatzes des § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz
Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet. Abnutzbare Gegenstände werden planmäßig abgeschrieben. Soweit notwendig erfolgen außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden, soweit steuerlich zulässig, über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen Methode berechnet.

Bei den Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind die erkennbaren Risiken durch entsprechende Bewertungsabschläge berücksichtigt; dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko wird durch Pauschalwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Durch die Anwendung des BilMoG wurden im Geschäftsjahr passive latente Steuern in Höhe von € 1.143,89 ausgewiesen.

Die latenten Steuern wurden auf temporäre Differenzen zwischen handelsrechtlicher und steuerrechtlicher Betrachtungsweise gebildet.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken sowie alle ungewissen Verpflichtungen und wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

4. Eigenkapital
Das Stammkapital der REO Train Power Magnetics GmbH beträgt € 25.564,59.
