1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) aufgestellt und gegliedert.

Die Gesellschaft erfüllt hinsichtlich der Bilanzsumme, der Umsatzerlöse und der im Jahresdurchschnitt beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer die Merkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen an verbundene Unternehmen und die Steuerforderungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

3. Beteiligungsverhältnisse

Die Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Hartings GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Willich.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von
Frau Barbara Hartings
geführt.
