A. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zu den Bilanzierungsmethoden:

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften und der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags erstellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr im Wesentlichen unverändert übernommen, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten.

Die Aufstellung der Bilanz erfolgt vor Berücksichtigung der Gewinnverwendung.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 (1) HGB. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 HGB.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Die beweglichen Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) wurden sofort abgeschrieben.

Vorräte werden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten oder zu den niedrigeren Tageswerten am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Risiken im Vorratsvermögen sind durch angemessene Abwertung berücksichtigt.

Forderungen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Risiken wurden berücksichtigt. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen. Darüber hinaus wurde eine pauschale Wertberichtigung für Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gebildet.

Die liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind in Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr und die Vorjahre betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist und der den zu erwartenden Ausgaben entspricht. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr wurde die Geschäftsführung von Herrn Thorsten Schacky ausgeübt. Er ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 12.09.2024 festgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister Abteilung B des Amtsgerichtes Hanau unter der Nummer HRB 91463 eingetragen.

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen keine weiteren Haftungsverhältnisse aus abgegebenen Bürgschaften und keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen.

Das Unternehmen beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 15 Arbeitnehmer.
