A. Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Grazia Capital Management GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und wird beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 764855 geführt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB.

B. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Die übrigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen

Die Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betreffen in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (i.Vj. TEUR 4) Forderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschafter.

2. Flüssige Mittel

Der Posten enthält die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten.

3. Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Unter den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 6.528,94 (i.Vj. Forderungen in Höhe von TEUR 4) enthalten.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt keine Mitarbeiter.
