Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bewertung wird trotz der bestehenden bilanziellen Überschuldung auf Grund der positiven Fortbestehensprognose weiterhin unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit
(§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) vorgenommen.

Im Einzelnen handelt es sich um die nachfolgend aufgeführten Grundsätze und Methoden:

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und die flüssigen Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen werden mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Jahre abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen liegen, werden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

C. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

1. Rückstellungen

Die ausgewiesenen Buchwerte zum Bilanzstichtag entsprechen den ermittelten notwendigen
Erfüllungsbeträgen der Rückstellungen.
