Anhang

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410 EUR (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werdend mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Eröffnung Insolvenzverfahren

Mit Datum vom 23.2.2006 wurde das vorläufige Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen der Gesellschaft eröffnet. Das Insolvenzverfahren wurde am 15.03.2006 beim Amtsgericht München eröffnet.

Als Insolvenzverwalter über das Vermögen der Gesellschaft wurde Herr RA Axel Bierbach, München, bestellt.
