A. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden hinsichtlich der Bewertung und des Ausweises die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff HGB aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetztes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Durch die erstmalige Anwendung der Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes per 01. Januar 2010 ergaben sich keine Änderungen.

II. Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet, wobei Risiken im Forderungsbestand angemessen berücksichtigt werden.

III. Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Konzernverhältnisse

Mutterunternehmen i.S.v. § 285 Nr. 14 HGB ist die Kizoo AG, Karlsruhe. Die Kizoo AG stellt gemäß § 315a HGB einen Konzernabschluss nach den International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) auf und veröffentlicht diesen im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger.

III. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresfehlbetrag soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden.
