Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der a.a.m. all about marketing GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den gesetzlichen Gliederungsvorschriften gem. §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Zu Beginn des Geschäftsjahres wurde die Firma der Gesellschaft von "arvato services analytics Verwaltungs GmbH" geändert und lautet seitdem "a.a.m. all about marketing GmbH". Die Vorjahreszahlen beziehen sich auf die arvato services analytics Verwaltungs GmbH.

Sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr ergebende Ausweisänderungen werden gegebenenfalls nachfolgend erläutert. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert gegebenenfalls abzüglich einer Pauschalwertberichtigung für das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bewertet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist und entsprechen den zu erwartenden Aufwendungen. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Disagien für aufgenommene Darlehn werden aktiv abgegrenzt.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurde die Geschäftsführung ausgeübt von:
Thomas Schult, Kaufmann, wohnhaft in Münster.
