1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. In Aufbau und Gliederung folgen Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung den gesetzlichen Vorschriften gem. der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB i.V.m. § 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB.

2. Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
