Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich von Dritten erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über den Zeitraum der Nutzung planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Anlagegüter werden nach den für steuerliche Zwecke geltenden Abschreibungstabellen grundsätzlich linear abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt.

Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 410,00 werden im Jahr ihrer Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Zur Abdeckung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos wird eine Pauschalwertberichtigung (von 1%) auf die nicht einzelwertberichtigten Forderungen gebildet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Von den Sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben TEUR 5,0 (Vorjahr: TEUR 5,0) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Das Stammkapital beträgt DM 50.000,00.

Der Bilanzgewinn enthält einen Gewinnvortrag von EUR 2.102,08.

Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben insgesamt TEUR 61,9 (Vorjahr: TEUR 34,6) eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB liegen nicht vor.
