Die VMW Ventures GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267a HGB auf.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 S. 1 HGB werden in Anspruch genommen.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach deutschem Handelsgesetzbuch unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet:

Planmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen erfolgen entsprechend steuerrechtlicher Vorschriften linear bzw. degressiv entsprechend vom Bundesministerium der Finanzen herausgegebenen amtlichen AfA-Tabellen über die dort vorgegebenen Nutzungsdauern.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Werten zwischen € 250,01 und € 800,00 werden sofort und voll abgeschrieben.

Die voraussichtlich im Folgejahr veranlagten Steuern wurden im Rahmen einer Steuerrückstellung berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle weiteren erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Aufgrund der ausschließlichen Abrechnung in Euro waren Währungsumrechnungen nicht erforderlich.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um die steuerlich zulässigen Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 0.
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
