Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Zugänge werden entsprechend ihrer jeweiligen Nutzungsdauer linear, pro rata temporis, abgeschrieben. Die Nutzungsdauer bei den immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen beträgt 3 Jahre.
Die Bewertungsfreiheit von geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurde in Anspruch genommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:
" Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten,
" Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten,
" Ausleihungen zum Nennwert und
soweit erforderlich wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrige Wert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert worden.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angabe zu Restlaufzeitvermerken

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 4.166,86 (Vorjahr: EUR 2.450,23).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 40.000,00).
