Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die VP Management GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Chieming. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Traunstein unter 30064 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267a Abs. 1 HGB auf. Aufgrund von §267a Abs. 3 HGB liegt dennoch keine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft vor.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Gesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt ( §§ 265 ff HGB).

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 286.000,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR).
