financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Pulheim. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Köln unter HRB 41156 eingetragen

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den Vorschriften aufgestellt, die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gelten (§§ 265 Abs. 1 Satz 2, 266 ff. HGB).

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige, nach der linearen Methode ermittelten Abschreibungen bilanziert. Die Nutzungsdauer für immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände beträgt 3 Jahre, für Bauten 5 bis 20 Jahre und für Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung 3 bis 13 Jahre. Auf Zugänge im Laufe des Geschäftsjahres wird die Abschreibung nur zeitanteilig verrechnet. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden aus Vereinfachungsgründen entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2 a EStG im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen beruhen auf Gutschriften zu erhaltenen Leistungen.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Konkrete Risiken werden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Für latente Risiken bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen ist eine pauschale Wertberichtigung in Höhe von 2,0 % (Vorjahr 2,0 %) abgesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten bilanziert (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB).

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen bewertet, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB).

Die übrigen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen ausgewiesen (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB).

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB).

V. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer ist Herr Edin Ljubuncic, Kaufmann, Linz/Österreich.

Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen (§ 285 Nr. 3a HGB) betragen 46 T€ p.a. für die Miete der Geschäftsräume.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 11 (Vorjahr: 15) Mitarbeiter.
