Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die WEG Automation GmbH ist beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart unter HRB 301930 registriert.

Sie ist Teil der WEG S.A. Gruppe mit Sitz in Jaraguá do Sul/ Brasilien.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der §§ 242 ff. des HGB aufgesetzt. Es wurden sämtliche Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften bei der Aufstellung in Anspruch genommen.

Konsolidierungskreis

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der WEG Group S.A. mit Sitz in Jaraguá do Sul, Brasilien einbezogen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die im Vorjahr angewendeten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze wurden ohne Ausnahme fortgesetzt.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Das Vorratsvermögen wurde zu Durchschnittswerten bewertet.

Forderungen wurden jeweils mit ihren Nennwerten bilanziert. Für latente Risiken im Forderungsbestand wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Zum Stichtag gab es keine Forderungen in Höhe von €23.538 mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr (Vorjahr: € 23.538).

Weder zum Stichtag noch zum Vorjahresstichtag gab es Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren.

Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der im Geschäftsjahr beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 10 Personen.

Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 07. November 2024
