Sole traders and partnerships with a natural person as fully liable partner (such as GbR, OHG or a classic KG) are not required to disclose at all. Figures then only exist if they were published voluntarily.

Other typical reasons:

The company has fallen below the size limits and has only deposited its statements since, instead of publishing them.
The company was dissolved, merged, liquidated or is insolvent. After that, statements are usually no longer published.
The filing was missed or is late. The Federal Office of Justice then imposes fines, but publication often still happens years later.

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff HGB sowie unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Regelungen für Kapitalgesellschaften nach den §§ 264 ff. HGB erstellt. Die Bilanz wurde unter vollständiger Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt. Nach Einstellung in die gesetzliche Rücklage wurde der verbleibende Gewinn auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Beteiligungen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Das Stammkapital wird mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens sowie die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres ergeben sich aus Anlagenspiegel, der diesem Anhang als gesondertes Blatt beigefügt ist.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Unter den Sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wird ein Darlehen gegen die Kienemann GmbH & Co. KG in Höhe von EUR 38.695,67 ausgewiesen.

4. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

5. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Haftungsverhältnisse / Unternehmensverbindungen

Die Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin der Kinemann GmbH & Co. KG, Molfsee und der NAVIMA 2. Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG, Molfsee und haftet für deren Verbindlichkeiten.
