A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Stichtag die Merkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen soweit handelsrechtlich zulässig den steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen.

Anlagevermögen

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Es kam die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Anlagegegenstände wurde auf der Basis der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen geschätzt.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr Herr Ralph Rossmanith und Herr Jan Tenné. Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt am Bilanzstichtag neben den Geschäftsführern einen Mitarbeiter.
