Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der unter der Firma Wohnkonzept 2016 GmbH geführten Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde gemäß den §§ 242ff, 264ff HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt

Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Dortmund. Sie ist unter der Nummer HRB 28281 beim Amtsgericht Dortmund eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. 267 HGB auf.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.
Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Sonstige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 betrug die Anzahl der durchschnittlichen Mitarbeiter 72 (Vorjahr: 86).
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte durch Herrn Yves Michaelis geführt. Seit dem 08. Februar 2023 ist Frau Janina Weichaus als weitere Geschäftsführerin bestellt.
