Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die woodwind gmbh hat ihren Sitz in Röthlein und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Schweinfurt (HRB 7381).

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, soweit zulässig, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennbetrag oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Drohende Ausfallrisiken werden durch Pauschalwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zum Erfüllungsbetrag.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Eigenkapital
Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und entspricht dem im Handelsregister eingetragenen Betrag. Das Stammkapital ist in voller Höhe einbezahlt.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Vorschüsse, Kredite wurden der Geschäftsführung nicht gewährt.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Mitarbeiter beträgt 41.
