Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist aufgrund ihrer Größenmerkmale eine "kleinst" Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und somit gesetzlich nicht prüfungspflichtig. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet.

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt worden. In Einklang mit dem Wahlrecht des Artikel 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB wurden die Vorjahreszahlen nicht angepasst.

2. Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach dem differenzierten Schema des § 266 Abs. 2 und Abs. 3 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgt nach dem Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung (Going-Concern-Prinzip gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB).

Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 HGB).
Das Realisationsprinzip und das Imparitätsprinzip sowie der Grundsatz der Vorsicht wurden beachtet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 HGB).

Die WP immoinvest Beteiligungs-GmbH ist eine 50%-ige Tochtergesellschaft der Gesellschaft; sie weist zum 31.Dezember 2021 einen Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 299,07, sowie ein Eigenkapital in Höhe von EUR 196.150,12 aus.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.
