Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 ist nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert ausgewiesen oder gegebenenfalls zu einem nach § 256a HGB abweichenden Wert angesetzt.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennwert oder gegebenenfalls zu einem nach § 256a HGB abweichenden Wert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.
