(1) Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

(2) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände hat die Gesellschaft zum Nominalbetrag bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert.

Sonstige Angaben

(3) Rechtliche Verhältnisse

Die Gesellschaft wurde mit notariellem Vertrag vom 08. August 2016 gegründet und am 18. August 2016 in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hamburg unter der Nummer HR B 142663 eingetragen.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens sind IT Dienstleistungen und Programmierung.

Das Stammkapital von 25.000,00 € ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Wirtschaftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.
