I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungs-
methoden

Die ZAD Service GmbH mit Sitz in Northeim ist beim Amtsgericht Göttingen unter der Nummer HRB 130102 in das Handelsregister eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB, und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die ZAD Service GmbH hat als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Rahmen der Jahresabschlusserstellung zum Teil die Vereinfachungsmöglichkeiten des HGB angewendet.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Zugänge bis zu einem Wert von EUR 250,00 wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a Einkommensteuergesetz (EStG) im Jahre des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Zugänge im Wert von EUR 250,00 bis EUR 800,00 wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr des Zuganges in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Auf die Anwendung der Bildung eines Sammelpostens gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG wird ab dem Jahr 2021 verzichtet.

Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt; Abwertungsbedarf ergab sich zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Die Rückstellungen beinhalten sämtliche, nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt. ie Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres ergeben sich hieraus.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht.

Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB existieren zum Abschlussstichtag nicht.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Bei der Gesellschaft waren 2023 im Durchschnitt - nach Maßgabe des § 267 Abs. 5 HGB - 31 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch Frau Ulrike Niesen und Frau Irina Niesen geführt. Beide Geschäftsführerinnen sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
