Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2023

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft firmiert unter edudip GmbH mit dem Sitz in Aachen und ist beim Registergericht des Amtsgericht Aachen unter der Nummer HRB 16012 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Bilanz ist entsprechend des Gliederungsschemas des § 266 HGB erstellt.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

2.1 Allgemeines

Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Darüber hinaus wurden die Vorschriften des GmbHG beachtet.Die Grundsätze wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert angewandt.

2.2 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Anlagevermögen

Die abnutzbaren immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs-/ Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Planmäßige Abschreibungen werden linear auf der Basis der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen, wobei die steuerlich zulässigen Abschreibungssätze zugrundegelegt werden, soweit diese handelsrechtlich zulässig sind.

Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände im Sinne von § 6 Abs. 2 Satz 1 EStG werden im Anschaffungsjahr unter Annahme ihres gleichzeitigen Abgangs voll abgeschrieben.

Bewegliche abnutzbare Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellkosten von mehr als EUR 250,00 bis zu EUR 1.000,00 werden wegen der untergeordneten wertmäßigen Bedeutung analog der steuerlichen Vorschriften zu einem Sammelposten zusammengefasst. Dieser Sammelposten wird im Zugangsjahr und in den folgenden vier Wirtschaftsjahren mit jeweils 1/5 ergebnismindernd aufgelöst.

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bewertet. Pauschalwertberichtigungen auf Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind berücksichtigt.

Liquide Mittel sind mit dem Nominalbetrag des Kassenbestandes und der Bankguthaben angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind mit dem Nominalzahlbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen

Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Passive Rechnungsabgrenzung

Die passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet.

3. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz

3.1 Anlagevermögen

Auf die Aufstellung eines Anlagenspiegels wurde gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB verzichtet.

4. Sonstige Angaben

4.1 Angaben zu den beschäftigten Arbeitnehmern

Während des Geschäftsjahres wurden im Durchschnitt 34 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
