ANHANG

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Gesellschaft firmiert unter dem Namen Synagon GmbH. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Aachen unter der Nummer HRB 8137 eingetragen.
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2018 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des BilRUG aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter, die in 2018 erworben wurden, wurden im Jahr des Zugangs abgeschrieben und als Abgang ausgewiesen.
Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert.
Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.
Die flüssigen Mittel sind mit dem Nominalbetrag bilanziert.
Die Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen.

III. Namen der Organmitglieder
Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 2 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Im Geschäftsjahr 2018 wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch den Geschäftsführer Herrn Dr. Andreas Zimolong, Dipl.-Ingenieur, geführt.
