I. Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Viator Group GmbH ist zum Bilanzstichtag eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Gesellschaft hat Ihren Sitz in Aachen und ist beim Amtsgericht Aachen in das Handelsregister, Abteilung B, unter Nr. 17555 eingetragen.

Die dem Jahresabschluss zu 31. Dezember 2023 zugrunde liegenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungs Methoden wurden im Wesentlichen unverändert zum Vorjahr beibehalten.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens aufgestellt.

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze angewandt:

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Die Bewertung der Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden, gemäß § 253 Abs. 2 HGB, mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben
Geschäftsjahre abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag am Bilanzstichtag bewertet.

II. Angaben zur Bilanz

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

III. Sonstige Angaben

1. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen keine wesentlichen sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen i.S.d. § 285 Nr. 3 und 3a HGB.

2. Haftungsverhältnisse

Es bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse i.S.d. § 251 HGB.
