Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff.) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) aufgestellt worden. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

II. Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Veränderungen in der Gliederung der Positionen der Bilanz- und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden im Geschäftsjahr nicht vorgenommen. Dem Prinzip der Darstellungsstetigkeit (§ 265 Abs. 1 HGB) wurde entsprochen.

Soweit im Berichtsjahr hinsichtlich der im Vorjahr von den Gliederungsvorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG abweichenden Positionen der Bilanz- und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Veränderungen vorgenommen wurden, wurde dem Prinzip der Darstellungsstetigkeit (§ 265 Abs. 1 HGB) durch Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen entsprochen.

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Im Geschäftsjahr angeschaffte bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringfügige Wirtschaftsgüter) wurden voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzip.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Die Umrechnung von Geschäftsvorfällen in fremder Währung erfolgte bei den Forderungen zum Geldkurs am Entstehungstag bzw. mit dem niedrigeren Kurs am Abschlussstichtag.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Umrechnung von Geschäftsvorfällen in fremder Währung erfolgte bei den Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Briefkurs am Entstehungstag bzw. mit dem höheren Kurs am Abschlussstichtag.

IV. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

Der Betrag der Forderungen und der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr beläuft sich auf 0,00 € (Vorjahr: 0,00 €).

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 205.000,00 € (Vorjahr: 200.000,00 €) enthalten.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Während des Zeitraums vom 01.01. bis zum 31.12.2023 waren durchschnittlich 55 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
