Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Scalors GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Achim und ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Walsrode (HRB 209105) eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023 wurde unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 264 ff., 284 ff. HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt.

Die Bilanz wurde nach dem handelsrechtlichen Gliederungsschema des § 266 HGB aufgestellt und gemäß § 42 GmbHG werden die Posten "Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter" und "Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern" gesondert ausgewiesen.

Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung findet das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB Anwendung.

Die Gliederung des Anhangs erfolgt nach § 284 Abs. 1 HGB i.d.F des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG).

Die Kapitalgesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den Vorschriften
des Handelsgesetzbuches i.d.F. des BilRUGs.

a) Aktiva

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßige Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungswerten bis zu Euro 250,00 werden als sofort abzugsfähige Betriebsausgaben behandelt. Im aktuellen Geschäftsjahr werden die Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten von Euro 250,00 bis einschließlich Euro 800,00 im Jahr der Anschaffung vollständig abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Nennwerten bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Werten angesetzt. Bei Forderungen, deren Einbringlichkeit mit einem erkennbaren Risiko behaftet sind, werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Der (aktive) Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

b) Passiva

Das Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt unverändert EUR 25.000,00.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 303.381,32. Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr betragen: EUR 187.500,00.

3. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

a) Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 378.336,73.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und Steuererklärungen.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Während des Zeitraums vom 1. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023 waren durchschnittlich 4 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Die Gesellschaft wird durch den Geschäftsführer einzeln vertreten.

Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Sein ausgeübter Beruf ist die Besorgung des Geschäftes dieser Gesellschaft.
