I. Allgemeine Angaben

1. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

2. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren
(§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) erstellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

1. Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über ihre voraussichtliche wirtschaftliche Nutzungsdauer linear und zeitanteilig abgeschrieben.

2. Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Bei der Bemessung der Nutzungsdauer wird auf die betrieblichen Erfahrungen abgestellt. Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden nach der linearen Methode abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

3. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.

4. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nominalwerten bewertet. Wertberichtigungen wurden im erforderlichen Umfang gebildet.

5. Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben wurden zum Nominalwert bilanziert.

6. Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhalten ausschließlich Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesen Tag betreffen.

7. Passivierungspflichtige Rückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

8. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist in der Anlage zum Anhang dargestellt.

2. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
