A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

―	Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG erstellt. Die Gesellschaft gilt als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und bei der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses werden in Anspruch genommen.
―	Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung änderte sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht.
―	Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung angesetzt. Die Abschreibung erfolgt linear entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer.
―	Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung angesetzt. Die Abschreibung erfolgt linear entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
―	Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten oder zu niedrigeren Tageswerten angesetzt.
―	Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert, abzüglich erforderlicher Abschreibungen, angesetzt.
―	Die sonstige Rückstellungen beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung erfolgt in der Höhe, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist.
―	Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten

―	Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten von EUR 2.931,65 haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.
―	Von den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben 0,00 EUR eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren.
―	Von den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind 0,00 EUR durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert.
―	Von den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben 0,00 EUR eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.
―	Zinsen für Fremdkapital wurden in die Herstellungskosten nicht einbezogen.
