Anhang

A. Allgemeinen Angaben
Die ABACUS Informationssysteme GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Alpirsbach und ist unter der Registernummer 430771 in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart eingetragen.

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes. Ergänzende Vorschriften lt. Satzung waren nicht zu beachten.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach den Vorschriften des § 266 HGB. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. Die Form der Darstellung des Jahrsabschlusses ist gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Stichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 2 und Abs. 4 HGB auf.

Soweit ein Wahlrecht hinsichtlich einer Angabe in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn und Verlustrechnung einerseits oder im Anhang andererseits besteht, wurde dieses Wahlrecht aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit grundsätzlich zu Gunsten der Angaben im Anhang ausgeübt. Bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs wurde von den eingeräumten größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 Abs. 2 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

B. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

1. Allgemeines

Bei der Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden ist von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen worden. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr grundsätzlich unverändert.

2. Anlagevermögen

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagegegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige linere Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßige Abschreibung bemisst sich dabei nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßige Abschreibungen wurden nach Maßgabe der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauern linear vorgenommen. Soweit es in Einzelfällen erforderlich war, wurden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen, um die Vermögensgegenstände mit dem niedrigeren gemeinen Wert anzusetzen, der ihnen am Abschlussstichtag beizulegen ist.

Für sogenannte "geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter" des Anlagevermögens wurde entsprechend der steuerlichen Vorschriften bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,- die Sofortabschreibung vorgenommen.

Die Finanzanlagen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren am Abschlussstichtag beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

3. Umlaufvermögen

Die fertigen und halbfertigen Erzeugnisse wurden zu Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips zu Vollkosten bewertet. Die Bewertung erfolgte retrograd.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mir ihrem Nominalwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken aktiviert.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Vorauszahlungen für künftige Zeiträume wurden als aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten zeitanteilig abgegrenzt.

4. Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

5. Rückstellungen

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle am Abschlussstichtag erkennbare Risiken für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten.

6. Fremdkapital

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Auf fremde Währung lautende Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag bewertet. Soweit es sich hierbei um kurzfristige Verbindlichkeiten handelte, erfolgte die Bewertung ohne Beachtung des Höchstwert- bzw. Realisationsprinzips.
