Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Clinical Trial Services GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) vorgegebenen Fassung, die erstmals für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 angewendet wurde.

Die Übergangsregelungen des Artikel 67 EGHB erlaubten die Fortführung der nach bisherigen Bilanzrecht ermittelten Wertansätze. Zum 1. Januar 2010 ergaben sich keine Umstellungseffekte, die erfolgsneutral in die Gewinnrücklage oder ergebniswirksam in die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung hätten eingetellt werden müssen.

Aufgrund der vorgenannten Übergangsregelungen werden die Vorjahreszahlen nicht angepast.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher
Maßnahmen

2.1 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG (Anschaffungskosten bis 410,00 EUR) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und sind in der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens aus Vereinfachungsgründen jeweils als Zugang und Abgang ausgewiesen. Die Regelung des § 6 Abs. 2a EStG wird seit dem 1. Januar 2010 nicht mehr angewendet. Für vor dem 1. Januar 2010 gebildete Sammelposten nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG (Anschaffungskosten zwischen 150,00 EUR und 1.000,00 EUR) wird die lineare Auflösung dieser Sammelposten fortgesetzt. Da der Sammelposten keinen wesentlichen Wert in der Bilanz darstellt, werden die steuerlichen Vorschriften auch nach HGB angewendet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

2.2 Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Dr. Schmitz, Arzt, geführt.
