Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der ICON Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 267, 274a, 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

In die Herstellungskosten wurden neben den unmittelbar zurechenbaren Kosten auch notwendige Gemeinkosten und durch die Fertigung veranlasste Abschreibungen einbezogen.

Die Herstellungskosten beinhalten keine Zinsen für Fremdkapital, soweit dieses der Finanzierung des Herstellungsvorgangs dient und soweit sie auf den Zeitraum der Herstellung entfallen. Das Wahlrecht nach § 255 Abs. 3 S. 2 HGB wurde nicht ausgeübt.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Der steuerliche Sammelposten nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG für bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten über 150,00 Euro bis 1.000,00 Euro wurde in die Handelsbilanz übernommen, da der vorliegende Sammelposten für das Unternehmen von untergeordneter Bedeutung ist. Die Auflösung erfolgt gleichmäßig im Wirtschaftsjahr der Anschaffung und den vier folgenden Wirtschaftsjahren.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu 410,00 Euro wurden grundsätzlich aktiviert und voll abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Grundlagen für die Umrechnung von Fremdwährungsposten in Euro

Der Jahresabschluss enthält keine auf fremde Währung lautende Sachverhalte.
