Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma CSS Computer-Software-Schulung GmbH, wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) vom 25. Mai 2009 aufgestellt.

Die Anwendung der geänderten Vorschriften erfolgte erstmals für das Geschäftsjahr 2010.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Abschlusses nach BilMoG wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Artikels 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Steuerrückstellungen waren für das Geschäftsjahr keine zu bilden.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
