ANHANG

I. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bewertung und Bilanzierung

1. Die Bilanz wurde nach den Bestimmungen des HGB gegliedert.
Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

2. Sämtliche Forderungen wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Die Bildung von Wertberichtigungen war nicht erforderlich.
Eine pauschale Wertberichtigung erfolgte nicht.

3. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken und
ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen.

4. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

II. Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital setzt sich zusammen aus 25.000 € Stammeinlage sowie 17.100 € nachrangige eigenkapitalersetzende Gesellschafterdarlehen.

III. Verbindlichkeiten
Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

1. Haftungsverhältnisse für fremde Verbindlichkeiten bestehen nicht.

2. Geschäftsführer ist Dr. Martin Rieger

3. Es wird folgende Ergebnisverwendung vorgeschlagen:
