I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs (HGB) erstellt.

Die Firma ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB in Verbindung mit § 264 a HGB und unterliegt daher den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 Satz 1 HGB. Darüber hinaus macht sie von der Befreiungsvorschrift des § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB Gebrauch und verzichtet auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden (§ 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 HGB)

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den Vorschriften der §§ 242-256 HGB und §§ 264-283 HGB.

Für die Erstellung der Bilanz sind die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des vergangenen Jahres fortgeführt worden.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer und planmäßiger Abschreibungen auf der Grundlage handelsrechtlich anerkannter Sätze vermindert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bewertet.

Erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen wurden in vollem Umfang in den sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Abschreibungen belaufen sich auf:
1.611,00 € bei immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen
