Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma B2 Software GmbHmit Sitz in Arnsberg unter HRB 1472im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Arnsberg eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff., 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt die Merkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen des Anlagevermögens erfolgen linear, wobei zur Bestimmung der Nutzungsdauer auf die von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten AfA-Tabellen zurückgegriffen wird. Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Zur Abdeckung des allgemeinen Ausfallrisikos wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung auf die nicht einzelwertberichtigten Forderungen gebildet.

Die Bewertung der unfertigen Erzeugnisse erfolgt mit den Herstellungskosten.

Forderungen sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Von den Verbindlichkeiten sind € 86.494,23 (31.12.2021: € 251.036,96) innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 0,00 (31.12.2021: € 196.749,51); solche aus Steuern in Höhe von € 59.668,23 (31.12.2021: € 28.927,19) und solche im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit in Höhe von € 2.598,78 (31.12.2021: € 3.365,50) enthalten.
