A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

Die Firma nextly solutions GmbH mit Sitz in der Frohsinnstraße 19 in 63739 Aschaffenburg ist unter der HRB-Nr. 16618 in das Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Aschaffenburg eingetragen.
Die GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt im Jahresdurchschnitt 5 Mitarbeiter.

B. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert. Das Anlagevermögen wurde entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Steuerlich sofort abzugsfähige geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden auch handelsrechtlich in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Mögliche Ausfallrisiken bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden durch eine angemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1 % auf die Nettoforderungen berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestanden Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 0,00 €.

D. ANGABEN ZUR GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

E. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im gesamten Geschäftsjahr 2022 Herr Benjamin Döll. Er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
