I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen
Die C-OMS GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Ascheberg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Coesfeld unter 15208 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der C-OMS GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurde die Bilanz bzw. die Gewinn- u. Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr sind grundsätzlich keine Änderungen bei den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden vorgenommen worden.

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach den amtlichen AfA-Tabellen linear vorgenommen. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Anlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig

Abnutzbare bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,00 werden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert. Die Bewertung entspricht den Grundsätzen der §§ 255 und 253 Abs. 4 HGB.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Nennwerten bilanziert. Erkennbare Ausfallrisiken werden einzelwertberichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung zu tragen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Alle Forderungen haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit ener Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 151.848,61 Euro.

V. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Am Bilanzstichtag waren im Unternehmen 12 Personen beschäftigt.
