Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 wurden die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungs-Gesetzes angewendet.

Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die weder im Geschäftsjahr noch im Vorjahr einen Betrag ausweisen, werden gemäß § 265 Absatz 8 HGB nicht angegeben.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und die Schulden zu Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt, wobei die Sachanlagen um nutzungsbedingte, planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert sind. Diese Abschreibungen richten sich grundsätzlich nach Maßgaben der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer; es wird linear abgeschrieben.

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe werden grundsätzlich mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen sind pflichtgemäß für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet worden; sie decken erkennbare Risiken und Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Krause & Co Software GmbH hat Ihrem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer im Jahr 2006 ein Darlehen gewährt. Das Darlehen wird mit 4 % p. a. verzinst.

D. Gliederung

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß §276 HGB in Anspruch genommen worden.

Die Bilanz wurde verkürzt aufgestellt (§266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB).

E. Sonstige Angaben

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.564,59und ist voll eingezahlt.

Das Stammkapital wird gehalten von (zugleich Geschäftsführer):
