Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der awi solutions gmbh wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und die Angaben im Gesellschaftsvertrag zu beachten.

Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Augsburg. Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht Augsburg unter der Registernummer HRB20445 eingetragen.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Gesellschaften nach den Vorschriften der §§ 267, 276, 288 HGB teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Unfertige Leistungen wurden zu Herstellungskosten bewertet. In die Herstellungskosten wurden neben den unmittelbar zurechenbaren Kosten auch notwendige Gemeinkosten einbezogen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Liquide Mittel wurden zum Nennwert bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zu Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Der Wert der Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf 0 EUR (Vorjahr: 31.103 EUR).

Gewinn-/Verlustvortrag bei teilweiser Ergebnisverwendung

Bei Aufstellung der Bilanz unter Berücksichtigung der teilweisen Ergebnisverwendung wurde im Bilanzgewinn ein Gewinnvortrag von 218.144 EUR einbezogen.

Angabe zu Restlaufzeitvermerken

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres zur Rückzahlung fällig.

Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

In den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 173.389 EUR (Vorjahr: 0 EUR) enthalten.

In den Verbindlichkeiten aus Liefernungen und Leistungen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 334.003 EUR (Vorjahr: 0 EUR) enthalten.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf 507.392 EUR (Vorjahr 0 EUR).

Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 19.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Bilanzgewinn 2024 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
