ANHANG

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Form der Darstellung im Jahresabschluss, insbesondere die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Bestimmungen des Handelsrechts. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenmerkmalen ist die Gesellschaft als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Zugänge des Geschäftsjahrs beim Anlagevermögen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.

Die Abschreibungen erfolgten planmäßig über die Nutzungsdauer nach der zulässigen Methode mit den höchsten Abschreibungsbeträgen.

Die Zugänge des Berichtsjahres bei den geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern wurden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Bei der Bewertung des Umlaufvermögens wurde das strenge Niederstwertprinzip eingehalten.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Es ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Verpflichtungen bzw. Risiken.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Sämtliche Forderungen habe eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Von den Sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind 21.624,54 EUR aus Steuern und 2.855,37 EUR im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wiesen folgende Restlaufzeiten auf:

mehr als 5 Jahren:	EUR 227.520,89

IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft im Berichtsjahr waren:

Es wird eine Ausschüttung von 7.000,-- EUR aus dem Gewinn der Vorjahre vorgeschlagen.
