1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss, zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Allgemeine Angaben
Die vorliegende Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses enthält gegenüber der Gliederung nach
§ 266 HGB keine Besonderheiten. Bei der Erstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gesamtkostenverfahren zugrunde gelegt, § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) unter Berücksichtigung der Anwendung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB verzichtet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,00 wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken zu Nominalwerten bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

2. Angaben zur Bilanz
Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 HGB.
Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen wurden nicht durchgeführt.

3. sonstige Angaben
Zu Geschäftsführern waren Herr Dr. Frank Vohle, 22523 Hamburg sowie Herr Johannes Metscher, 86150 Augsburg bestellt.
Die Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind berechtigt diese stets einzeln zu vertreten. Sie sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
