A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Mischok GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Augsburg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Augsburg unter HRB 29508 eingetragen.

B. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Mischok GmbH wurde für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Bewertungs- und Gliederungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

C. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten (§ 255 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB) bilanziert.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von bis zu 5 Jahren), bewertet.

Selbst erstellte immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden in Höhe von EUR 91.673,15 aktiviert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, entsprechend der jeweiligen voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer zwischen 1 und 7 Jahren, angesetzt. Geringwertige Anlagegüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die unter den unfertigen Erzeugnissen und Leistungen ausgewiesenen unfertigen Leistungen wurden retrograd bewertet. Für Verwaltungs- und Vertriebskosten sowie Gewinn bzw. zur verlustfreien Bewertung wurde ein Abschlag auf den prozentualen, bis zum Bilanzstichtag gefertigten Anteil des Gesamtauftrags vorgenommen. Dem Grundsatz der verlustfreien Bewertung wurde Rechnung getragen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Erkennbaren und latenten Ausfallrisiken wurde durch die Bildung von Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen werden i. H. des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert, erkennbare Risiken wurden angemessen und ausreichend berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden grundsätzlich mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

D. Erläuterungen und Angaben zu einzelnen Positionen des Jahresabschlusses

Bilanz zum 31.12.2023

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2023 ist in einem Anlagenspiegel (Anlage zum Anhang) dargestellt.

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind im laufenden und im Vorjahr innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Im Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EUR 198.095,80 ist ein Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von EUR 257.682,22 enthalten.

Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 284.764,46 sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig (i.Vj. EUR 194.632,22).

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von EUR 327.993,78 (i.Vj. EUR 123.966,45).

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen in Höhe von EUR 250.000,00 (i.VJ. EUR 0,00).

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von EUR 12.957,98 (Vorjahr EUR 14.687,56).

E. Sonstige Angaben

Angabe der beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer im Jahresdurchschnitt

Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 24 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
