A. Allgemeine Angaben

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die umfassende Betreuung von Unternehmen in Fragen der Datenverarbeitung, Beratung von Unternehmen bei Datenverarbeitungsprojekten, Planung und Durchführung von Datenverarbeitungsprojekten, Erstellung und Integration von unternehmensspezifischen Anwendungen, Erstellung und Einführung von Standardanwendungen, Schulung im Einsatz von Unternehmensanwendungen sowie der Handel mit Hardware und Software.

Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Augsburg unter der HRA Nummer 16029 eingetragen. Der Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Augsburg. Die Firma lautet comSID Communication System Integration & Development GmbH & Co. KG.

B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt.

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Für Neuzugänge bei den geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern wird von der Bewertungsvereinfachung nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Übereinstimmung mit § 253 Abs. 1 HGB in Höhe derjenigen Beträge gebildet worden, die nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig waren.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der Komplementärin betragen Euro 24.175,67 (Vorjahr Euro 22.747,67).

D. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die anteilige Haftungsvergütung an den Komplementär wurde als betrieblicher Aufwand berücksichtigt.

E. Sonstige Angaben

Persönlich haftender Gesellschafter:
