FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den

Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden

Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB).

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren

erstellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um

planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen bewertet.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr vollständig

abgeschrieben.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögens-

gegenstände wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken bei

den Forderungen wurde mit angemessenen Wertberichtigungen Rechnung

getragen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Ver-

pflichtungen und wurden in Höhe der zu erwartenden Inanspruchnahme

gebildet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

III. Einzelangaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im Anschluß an die Bilanz

und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gesondert dargestellt worden.

Die Rückstellungen enthalten als größte Posten solche für Urlaub,

Tantiemen, Gewährleistung sowie die Abschlußerstellung.

Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben € 0,00 eine Restlaufzeit von

mehr als einem Jahr.

Zum 31. Dezember 2023 lagen keine Haftungsverhältnisse vor.
