Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Actiview GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Aurich und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Aurich (HRB 202671).

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 bis 256a HGB sowie der §§ 264 bis 288 HGB in Anwendung der Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Des Weiteren wurden die ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages beachtet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden bei Zugang mit ihren Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und planmäßig linear über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Der entgeltlich erworbene Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert wird über eine voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer von 15 Jahren linear abgeschrieben.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Bei Wirtschaftsgütern mit einem Wert von EUR 250,00 bis EUR 800,00 werden die Anschaffungskosten voll im Zugangsjahr abgeschrieben.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Flüssige Mittel sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bemessen.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben insgesamt eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von EUR 40.647,26 (Vorjahr: EUR 96.595,83) enthalten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von EUR 82.981,69 (Vorjahr: 40.964,94).

Die Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 3.750,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 1.300,00).
Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt.

Sonstige Angaben

Die Zahl der im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich beschäftigten Mitarbeiter betrug 15.
