Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Bei dem Unternehmen handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S .v. § 267 HGB.

Die Firma der Gesellschaft lautet Solid Concept GmbH. Die Gesellschaft hat Ihren Sitz in Babenhausen und ist im Handelsregister des Registergerichtes Darmstadt unter der Registernummer HRB 99548 eingetragen.

Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 HGB aufgestellt.

II. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu Posten der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit möglich wurden Abschreibungen vorgenommen. Die Abschreibung wurde anhand der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie die liquiden Mittel werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Vorräte werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde in Übereinstimmung mit § 250 HGB gebildet.

2. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz

Die Verbindlichkeiten laut Bilanz zum 31.12.2023 in Höhe von 282.365,79 € haben folgende Restlaufzeiten:
