Anhang

A. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden.

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangen Geschäftsjahres überein. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind.
Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie bis zum Abschlussstichtag realisiert wurden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden.

Einzelne Posten wurden wie folgt bewertet:

Anlagevermögen

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Abschreibungen erfolgten entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Bewegliche Anlagegüter wurden linear abgeschrieben.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis € 800 wurden im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Umlaufvermögen

Die am Ende des Geschäftsjahres vorhandenen unfertigen Arbeiten wurden entsprechend des Arbeitsfortschritts zu Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurden abgezinst. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Steuerrückstellungen enthalten die noch nicht veranlagten Steuern des Geschäftsjahres und zu erwartenden Steuernachzahlungen aus Vorjahren.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz

1. Anlagevermögen

Die Aufgliederung der Anlageposten und ihre Entwicklung ergeben sich aus dem als Anlage beigefügten Anlagespiegel.

2. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betragen zum 31.12.2024 insgesamt € 1.547.535,73.

II. Angaben zur Passivseite

1. Eigenkapital/Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach teilweiser Gewinnverwendung aufgestellt. In den Bilanzgewinn wurde ein Gewinnvortrag von € 1.836.683,31 einbezogen.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn des Geschäftsjahres 2024 in Höhe von
€ 1.929.461,69 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten betragen zum 31.12.2024 insgesamt € 454.289,20.

Davon gegenüber Gesellschaftern: € 216.544,12.

Zu Geschäftsführern waren während des gesamten Geschäftsjahres bestellt:
