Allgemeines

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Die damit verbundenen Ausweis- und Gliederungsbestimmungen wurden befolgt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB wurden unverändert angewandt; mögliche Zusammenfassungen nach § 265 Abs. 7 HGB wurden vorgenommen.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzerstellung erfolgt vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten aktiviert.
Als ursprüngliche Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten sind die Buchwerte aus dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 übernommen und fortgeführt worden.
Soweit es sich um abnutzbares Anlagevermögen handelt, wurden die Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden aufgrund der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt. In allen Fällen wurde die Abschreibung linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 EUR wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen. Die Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistung wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbare Risiken bewertet.

Einzel- oder Pauschalwertberichtigungen des Forderungsbestandes wurden je nach Lage des Einzelfalles gebildet.

Bank- und Kassenguthaben sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Im Vorjahr und im aktuellen Jahr wurden Steuerlatenzen nach den berufsständischen Vorgaben der steuerberatenden Berufe bilanziert. Demnach waren im Vorjahr unter Anwendung der Befreiungsvorschrift § 274a Nr. 5 HGB keine Steuerlatenzen zu bilanzieren.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet und sind in Höhe ihres Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen berücksichtigt.

Alle übrigen Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt, der nicht offengelegt wird.

Gegenüber Gesellschafter bestehen – gesondert ausgewiesene – Forderungen von insgesamt EUR 6.975,14 (Vj. EUR 6.975,14).

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 133.237,28 (Vj. EUR 229.075,18). Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit über 5 Jahren betragen EUR 0,00 (Vj. EUR 0,00).

Gegenüber Gesellschafter bestehen – gesondert ausgewiesene – Verbindlichkeiten von insgesamt EUR 0,00 (Vj. EUR 20.000,00).

Die Angaben zu passiven latenten Steuern betreffen die Unterschiede in den Wertansätzen bei den nachfolgenden Positionen:
- Sachanlagen

Es besteht eine jährliche Zahlungsverpflichtung aus Miet- und Pachtverträgen von 37.632,90 EUR (Vj. 13.565,40 EUR).

Die Einordnung der Gesellschaft in die Größenklasse nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB erfolgt als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Sonstige Angaben

Es bestehen Avalverbindlichkeiten keine.

Ausschüttungssperre

Die Ausschüttungssperre gemäß § 269 HGB wurde beachtet.
